I didn't make the meme and appealed most to the cap of $999M and then, give back after that. To the rest, I think the general idea is to not throw money at broken, dysfunctional systems. I would use the money to IMPROVE upon all that is wrong with the current systems. We need to ditch the Rockefeller sick care big pharma model and return to holistic naturopathy and PREVENTATIVE health care and maintenance, save continue making progress in emergency medical care and for schools, we need a rewrite though the Waldorf model is worth keeping and tweaking.
