I have to say this because it was such an unusual experience for me. Saturday night, I had trouble falling asleep. I found a YouTube link to the solfeggio frequencies. I never heard of them before Saturday, then today I came across 2 articles on these frequencies. well I fell asleep as they played. I woke in a half sleep state, but could feel electricity on my cheeks. it felt like small hairs, but immediately thought of electrici wires, well I couldn't tell if they were being pulled or penetrating the skin.

thank you, definitely a different experience. also the next morning my back muscle hurt like I pulled a muscle in a workout.
