With all the trickery, don't know how they thought to use it, but this article claims it does not change habeus corpus for us citizens or foreign citizens here legally.

The potential for danger is if they declare us as domestic terrorists and illegal invaders, but that whole morass gets me rather confused. It's some legal trickery, imo, but has apparently been used as part of the whole Corporation fraud.
