I've been learning how to container garden this year. I'm gobbling up any and all info on homesteading. learning about composting, rain water collection/purification etc. Not only will I be able to grow my own food but I'm actually really enjoying the process

My SIL used only heirloom seeds this year. She has had some luck, but much of it did not come up or survive. When I first moved to central Texas, we had great gardens. One year I had the best cantaloupe ever. The last few years I have had very poor luck. They have chemtrailed so much aluminum over us, we can get very little to grow.

You're 100% right. Seeds are so important.
If someone doesn't have room for a garden, seeds like mung, lentil, radish & clover, can be sprouted inside. It's easy, fun, inexpensive and very nutritious.
