Well. Im thinking they probably could seize the property. But that ALWAYS lowers the value because those that seize things dont have the right tools to properly sell them. So she is allowed to sell the property and the White Hats seize the proceeds. And Im sure she is under a NDA to keep her mouth shut so others involved are none the wiser. Should she break the NDA it would not be good fir the old bag. Live semi-broke out here or life in prison. Just throwing out some thoughts.
