The Building in Fl was an obvious controlled demolition. It collapsed in the center first in order to prevent the whole collapse from going either direction and hitting nearby buildings. Obviously wanted to not take the whole building down.
If it was because of the "sinkhole" then the whole building would have all collapsed in the same direction.
Plus the flashes from the charges of thermite are easily seen in a low grade video of the collapse.
Just like a couple of much larger buildings did 20 years ago in NY.
