😔😞of course - although right now I have a bad back - I a sad because he will be close to me on July 3rd - I have attended several Trump rallies - nothing like it - just cannot stand in line

I also have back problems. Part of my lumbar spine was stiff. Yoga has helped me a lot. Start carefully and don't go beyond your own limits. Take your time in healing. Please have a look at Dr. Joe Dispenza.

thank you - I will try that - I have an appt with pain dr in 3 weeks - but I don't want medications and trying to avoid surgery - spinal stinosis and old injuries from fractured disks - fell off of too many horses😁
