Article 2 Section 1. 5th Paragraph
No Person Except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;
Why is this Important ? The next Paragraph states the Vice President takes charge if the President is incapacitated , dies or is removed from office.
This brings us to the 12th Amendment. LAST SENTENCE :::
But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall BE ELIGIBLE TO THAT OF VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
