Romani version of George Floyd? Man DIES after police KNEEL ON HIS NECK for 5 minutes! (Disturbing video)
A death in the Czech town of Teplice has been dubbed the Romani George Floyd - with parallels being drawn to officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on Floyd's neck and back for almost ten minutes. An incident that sparked global protests against police brutality.
Footage of the incident in Teplice went viral on social media, showing the police kneeling on 46-year-old Stanislav Tomas' neck. Czech police are claiming that the officer's actions had no connection with the man's death - saying he died from the drugs he had taken. However, the Ergo Network, which campaigns for Romani rights stated:
“We raise our voice against police brutality and anti-Gypsyism and ask authorities not to cover up the real cause of death and that there is a proper investigation."
