LookingGlass may also be referring to the crystal technology of Marcel Vogel who was able to take photographs of any future target he thought of. Marcel Vogel worked for IMB for 27 years, has dozens of patents, and also worked with Tesla tech in the 70s. Check out his wikipedia page, in the link in my comment below this. "Description of Marcel Vogel's technology that is able to use thought and energy of space, draw in with breathe, create a pattern from the breath, and oscullite it to a vibratory force, which is captured on a plate on his De La War Camera, which produces a remote image of a remote target he sets his thoughts to."
