The idea is in play, however, the boundaries, not so much. God puts his brightest lights in the darkest places and, rest assured, higher multidimensional Patriots are in your 3-D states. The whole reason they are dem controlled is that the DS knows where all of earth's power centers and key lay lines are. The starseeds/ human Angelics do too and are at them. If I could show you how they are being deactivated and reclaimed you would say, " wow "That's so cool and beautiful." Dark ones are alive and well in 5-D states too.
