It should be obvious to people by now that the giants, big corps/pharma/tech, do not have our best interests at heart. I hear many asking, "What can we do?" A good place to start is to look at how you live daily, and realize how these goods and services are woven into your life. It's such a sick, tangled web. Slowly begin to free yourself from their grip, be relentless. Steadily and consciously chip away at the grip they have on you.

Questions I ask:

-Do I really NEED this?
-Where is it made?
-Is there a local/American made alternative?
-If a locally grown/made product you endorse have you shared with others?
-What materials are used to manufacture it?
-Are there harmful chemicals in it?
-Is there a healthier/cleaner alternative?
-If it's anything you put in or on your body, be aware of the ingredients and DO RESEARCH. What are effects, risks, alternatives? (Food, water, soaps/detegents/shampoos, deodorants, toothpaste, cleaning supplies, cooking equipment, makeup, etc)
