I've been seeing posts about pine needle tea as a detox for the "shedding spike proteins" and it made me think of Greek retsina wine that was popular to drink at Greek restaurants throughout the states. It is a white wine that is preserved with pine resin. I actually learned to enjoy the taste of a little pine in my wine. Years have gone by and retsina is pretty rare to find anymore. I found this wine listed online however, the label art seems a bit odd to me. Does it to anyone else?
