This tells us that the U.S. is under occupation, the question is by who?
Q says that things will be known when 11.3 happens. So we must recognize it is the citizens of America that are the occupiers, if that were not the case we would not have to wait for the end of occupation to get the answers.
11.4LEGALPOSITION OF THE OCCUPYING POWER
This is what will give the occupying power temporary ability to enforce law.
This is why Q says we can not arrest Podesta until 11.4. This will also be when you will see the arrest of all those that are in custody (detained) arrested. Until then they must be held out of the U.S. Think

I at first had thought the same thing. Then I realized it is who owns the land. Many foreign powers own much of America, too much of it. If they were all conspiring to overthrow an elected president than all would be grouped together. We would not have to wait for 11.3 unless we were the occupiers because we would already have judicial rights. It is only when the occupation ends 11.3 and we get legal power to enforce law 11.4 that we can start arrests. So we must be the occupiers. I hope this clears it up for you.

I appreciate your posts on on Q drops and emphasizing the US Code, Law of War, & Justice manuel. Not only educates people about the US defense & how military protects the country from all enemies but keeps ppl grounded in reality if you will. Less snake oil more “real.”

Yes and no. Picked up and detained but not arrested. He is still in that capacity. Most of the people with the ankle toys fit that description. Their time is coming.
