As for the executions at GITMO....

Let me ask you this. You are the U.S. Government. You know that it is a military rule that once an execution is carried out you MUST offer the body back to the family or closest relative for burial. You will be forced to bury them if no one requests the body though.
Now the question.
Would you fly someone to Cuba, hang them and then fly the body back to the states to give to the next of kin or would you do all your executions as close as possible (within a few states) of where the body was going back to?
Yes because you do not want to spend money on a traitor.
Now lets say the family has to fly the body back because we don't want to pay for it. Don't you think people would start to notice if bodies just start showing up on planes from Cuba?
You bet they would, there are people who look for those things.
Common sense people. Use common sense.
Don't believe their lies anymore.

That was the point of the post. If someone is convicted and sentenced to death in a military court they are automatically given 3 sets of appeals. This is a pretty long process. I know of one conviction and it wasn't death. It is posted on my timeline.
