You know, some may find the explanation a bit humorous..
But there is a lot in Scriptures about the Right and left. I immediately thought about these two (and I know there are additional examples of the same):
The thief who asked Jesus to remember him, was on his right. The thief on the left was the mocker.
31 When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, He will sit on His glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will place the sheep on His right and the goats on His left.… (Matthew 25)
I am glad to be on the RIGHT side of history, pun intended!
