📍There is very high inflation in the country. One way to reduce inflation is to reduce the velocity of money. The velocity of money can be reduced by introducing new lockdowns. People would sit at home and spend much less money. To declare a lockdown requires new viruses or a dangerous mutation of the old one. Doesn't mean it will, it's just logical reasoning.
