Whats going on here!! Are vaxed people being tracked and anyone can find it? 😲

I just saw a post from a neuropychologist who has been studying brain waves of the jabbed. Our brainwaves functions in frequencys and he's seeing theta and delta waves which are normally seen when patients are sleeping, but these people are awake and alert. They are functioning in a sleep state. He's never seen anything like this! He says "do whatever you can to take in high frequency. They're trying to lower them to keep us down."
