It reminds me my favorite joke:
What will Afghani patriarch do if he have 3 sons:
"Firstborn will go serve to US ARMY, because father need to protect second and third son".
"Second Son will go into Taliban, because father need to protect Firstborn and Youngest son"
"Youngest will go into Afgani police department, because father need to protect Firstborn and Middle Son".
USSR THIS LESSON LEARNED for 10 years.
