What white people don't understand (myself included) is that Black people have been taught that they can't be racist. Because racism = white privilege.

I was once told that All Black graduations are not racist, but All White Graduations are. When I asked her how she came to that conclusion she said, "Because racism is about white privilege".

I said, "No the definition says otherwise."

She said, "We re-wrote the definition to be more accurate."

That is how they do it.

it is whatever they want it to be. Lori Lightfoot and all other black racists do not believe that what they are doing is racist. They don't feel that it applies because they changed the definition.
