Envelope says “Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service...... from Austin. Letterhead says “The White House”. It’s about the “American Rescue Plan” and the $1,400 payment. Signed by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Doesnt even look like his signature from what I have seen!
