I have always been spriritual but walked away from mainstream religion in my early 20's. I feel an innate connection with mother earth and believe in staying grounded and in tune with nature. I believe we are connected to an actual energy source, and I often relate that to the sun itself. I meditate. I believe in and understand the power of energy and frequency. In fact, I work with time and frequency domain on the daily. I have also been trained with sound bowls and chakra healing.
With that said, 2020 (and a nudge from 17) brought me straight back to the Bible and more specifically to Jesus. I also believe that all of these things are somehow connected while still feeling like I can't make sense of any of it. All part of the journey, I suppose.
