Look here is part of their deal. They had this all planned out. Their scheme was to make TRILLIONS of dollars with a T off all us "cattle" by changing laws and setting up the same damn dummy ass corporations and handler as they have forever to make everyone on this planet pay carbon taxes.
Nana saw a video on it a couple times exactly how their grand scheme would play out and they would have made trillions off us and we the people would have gotten fookd royally again with the majority of the mislead population asking for it.
They planned to laugh all the way to the bank.
Couple that with depopulation and you have the majority of their future evil ass plans that Pres. Trump stopped.

I couldn't agree more. The US Federal Weather Enterprise budget for 2021 is 4.2 Trillion. It's a business.
I just learned that In 1967 in PA, weather engineering was put into law, but required licenses, insurance and 3 week public notifications.
If a pilot did not follow the law, they lost their license for 5 years.
The airport was fined $50,000. State Troopers enforced the law.
The regulations no longer exist.
Weather Modification is legal in Florida, with similar regulations, but money for oversight was was cut almost 20 years ago.
Now, they've manipulated it so we are silly theorists if we talk about the lines in the sky and chemicals in the rain water.
