People ask, especially Christians, "doesn't scripture say we should pray for those who have authority over us (Biden)? The answer is NO in Biden's case, because his authority is not legitimate. We did not elect to put him in office. We pray for those we did!

I won't pray that. I do pray Biden would repent, but I also pray that whether he does, or does not, that he is held accountable for what he has done to our nation. God will forgive him if Biden asks; but God will not hold back His justice and hold Biden accountable. Him and many others.
