Since so many of you took the time to respond to this photo I am going to give you the first piece early so that you know I am just not playing around like others do.
The first one is AGNLF 51. If you do not know what it is that is ok because you have to be in this field to really understand it. Basically they are watching light disappearing into a black hole. They do this so they can find black holes or things blowing up or combining. They then take the data can try to make an educated guess about whatever it is they are looking for.
This is also used to measure red shift changes to our sun. Our sun is what you want to focus on. The next thing you want to ask yourself is why is it in a post from Elon Musk?
Think outside the box. There is so much here for you to find.

There is a lucky club, and lucky 38 district but the Lucky 38 in fallout existed pre war. Could it be a signal to us that a war is on it's way?

I know you may never see this James.
So I have kind of pieced the comments together into a concept I can understand. I might be off but in summary;
There will be a war, as the dimension opens from the sun it will dim, then go nova. A brief time will lapse until the sun stabilizes. There will be ionization and radiation. The trains are to bring mass groups to safety. It is one of the spots that is protected. The mountains block the waves and vaults like area 51 will be safety locations/DUMBs. THis is GOoD vs evil as everything is involved. The seal of saturn, the crosses show sides. There is a submarine base in vegas that leads to puget sound, as well as underground railways. Ionization and plasma will power the underground. In the end GOoD wins because we unite, band together and rebuild after the storm. GOD is Great.
