In regard to the topic of the Colonial Pipeline hack, people should really stop and think about this logically. A major pipeline such as this, with billion dollar revenue doesn't have a disaster recovery plan for such a common contingency is absurd. I guarantee they have the ability to control this pipeline at a remote facility, and without internet or even computer systems. This is a complete farce to believe there is really a need to shut down the pipeline. They also have distribution points that would have supplies lasting for 30 days or more all along the pipeline. What they would be delivering today would be for planned usage next month. Someone in Congress should supeana the CEO for their Disaster Recovery plan to see the gimmick. Another false fear to create chaos.
