I saw a line of the "starlink satellites" a few nights ago. Didn't know what it was until someone else explained it. Where exactly were they coming from? What is "launching" them? Hundreds have been reported worldwide. Is this part of the global system that will initiate a global Emergency Broadcast? If there were so many satellites deployed would that make an emergency broadcast imminent?
