I finished the juice cleanse. By the end I was thinking - I’ll never do this again. But today after eating solid food I’m now glad I did it even though it was tough. I’ve done this 6 times before but usually do 3 days max, only went to 5 once but did 4 this time. I was able to move right to a kind of paleo/keto diet more easily starting today, am feeling fresh inside out going into it, dreaming way more vividly, & it ramped up the ol’ inner seeing. I’m going with green tea more often then coffee too. Good luck with it & I’m here for group Hoʻoponopono sessions anytime! 🙏🏻💫✨🌺🌏🌺✨💫🙏🏻
