Oh, good! I am happy and excited for you! I was never a dog person but then I got a puppy. They are loyal and loving companions. They are very sensitive too. My puppy has even comforted my autistic son because he sensed he was upset. I hope you will enjoy Belle. They say a dog is a part of our lives but to a dog we are their whole life.
