The "experiments" (MK-Ultra and all the others), are probably no longer really experiments in recent years, but illegal, inhuman and diabolical operations. What is certain is that these operations / experiments have NEVER ceased, and are surely to this day sufficiently developed to allow operation (biological warfare) to be a "success".
