The governor of Nebraska declared no mask mandates months ago but the 2 cities run by dictatorial Democrat's still have mask mandates, so you might want to check city mandates in the above named states before traveling to any of them.

when i hear “no masks in these states” and my state is on that list, i get excited, but then i remember a certain county is still requiring them... i am quite annoyed by it. apart from not following the mandates, how can counties fight back against them?

You're exactly right, They lifted the mask mandate here in Utah but so many businesses are requiring it.
