🇺🇸 I have to be a grandma again and urge you to more water and deeper breathing Truth Seeker. We have to stay in our bodies. Short walks, music breaks, anything at intervals besides typing and reading like our lives depended on it, even though they do. :/ Just please take breaks Truth Seeker, however short. I just enjoyed Ruby My Dear by Monk and its thoughtful quality suits this moment quite beautifully imho. 🇺🇸
