I'm trying to figure out why on January 19, 2021 President Trump revoke EO 13770, an EO he issued on January 28, 2017? I noticed this when i was checking out EO's in the registery. Any thoughts anyone?

those in government don't live by ethics. ALSO, it contradicts EO 13490, caving into gifts given by lobbyists, regulations/contracts/parties participation from past connections, and engagment with sensitive matters fallings specifically/employment. This EO just brought in enforced codes that have obligations to be witheld. No reason for further regulations.
