This looks like the "Zelenko protocol". He used to live in NY. He now lives in the south. I was listening to a recorded video of him yesterday and caught that he said that if you cannot get H-C-Q, this is OTC and works in the same way H-C-Q does...(see the pic)

FYI, if you would need an anti-biotic, just know that honey is a natural one. (Just don't use too much or you could make your taste buds not like you).
