I started this regimen Dec. 2018. Have never had an attack since. The best part is having no worry or fear. If you feel a twinge of something not right drink a tall glass of water. You can feel it dissipate. Honestly most of us don't drink enough water anyway.

Incidentally, nosebleeds, hematomas and easy bruising I believe can aggravate a gout attack. And oddly enough, by ending the blood thinning baby aspirin regimen (voluntary, not prescribed) the nosebleeds and easy bruising stopped. Amazing how that works.
