*The requisition (seizure) of property
*Authorization of direction to any person of any class of persons to render essential services
*The regulation of distribution of essential goods, services and resources
*Establishment of emergency shelters and hospitals
*Upon indictment, imprisonment or fines to anyone who contravenes these orders
