I Never Knew About The Australian Doctor Who Found A Cure For Arthritis, using just 3 mg Borax a day.

Saw this and have been doing the pinch Borax and lemon in my water ever since. I did NOT and will NOT get any of the poison jabs, but your alkaline level is so very important to monitor anyway...I feel amazing, i've even lost about 10 lbs. I have no doubt my acidic levels are much much lower and I am on my way to a more alkaline level which is much healthier. Cleansing from within.🙌💪

I've radically reduced sugar (acidic) and already do lemon every a.m.
Now adding a pinch borax. Our alkaline level very important.

Nuts: walnuts, cashews, peanuts, other nuts you like too. eat them as snacks, and keep a baggy in your purse just in case. The objective is to eat small meals 3-4 times a day and not a huge meal in one sitting. Give yourself 1 cheat day a week to have something you are giving up that you love (Obviously for me that is chocolate cake, duh right?) oh and the darker the chocolate the better, you can treat yourself with a good organic dark chocolate if you're a chocoholic like me. I love dark chocolate anyway. and finally the sour and spicier you can take the better. Pickled and brined things like, sauerkraut, (you can brine any favorite veggie, look online for a good recipe to brine), spices are great for your digestion believe it or not, so add spices you can handle as hot as you can. I love Jalapeño etc I could go on but no room left. LOL. PM me and I'll send you more info & a few more recipes you can use for what I've listed, so much more to tell you about to get alkaline level.💗

❤️oh gawd, DARK CHOCOLATE❤️
I definitely have a Chocolate Gene that goes WILD in the presence of Dark Chocolate.
+ Eat tons of sauerkraut and fermented stuff.
Lots of chlorophyll too, organic, carefully crafted, Super alkaline.
Also helps to reduce heavy metal loads from all the environmental toxins they dump on us.
I will be SO happy when this WAR is ended.

Me too... Also, a few more tips..
Eat lots of dark green leaf veggies i.e.Romaine lettuce, spinach (i cant eat spinach cooked, only in pure leaf form) Broccoli (I can eat steamed only, not raw), asparagus, Brussel sprouts (I have an AWESOME recipe for those childhood yucks LOL now I love them). Red, Yellow and green bell peppers (raw or steamed or sautéed in fresh garlic and EEVOO) & Kale. Avocado, Organic PB
Stay away from reg oil, margarine and fake butter. Good brand whole milk butter, Irish butter more expensive but better for you, stay way from raw tomatoes, if you cook them it removes the acid effect, so make salsa with cooked, sauces etc. No Pasta, no white rice (that one killed me, I LOVE sushi😖) no white bread (Whole grain only) and no "whole wheat" that is a lie and is hard on your colon. skim milk cheeses (I LOVE Blue Cheese crumbles on just about everything), no refined sugar, check the sugar grams in the ingredients and 5g per serving or less. Nuts if not allergic. Con'

But neither rice nor grain, grass-fed _no_ antiobiotic meat -- as a condiment. Wild-and-sustainably-caught fish. Tons of Olive Oil.
