Yup. Vaccine Courts. I've known about it for a long time. And guess who pays the damages in Vaccine Court? Not the manufacturers of the vaccines. That's right, boys and girls - YOU DO, with your tax dollars. And "damages" are capped at 250k USD, not a helluva lot of money if you've been disabled and can never work again.
By the way, nobody is going to get a cent in damages from injury or death caused by the Covid-19 vaccines. Why not? The PREP Act. If you don't know about it, you should. Do your homework.
