Does disclosing these facts equal liability and a lawsuit...

The vaccine court was established in 1986 to basically protect the vaccine makers from liability. I participated in a the vaccine omnibus in 2005 where all participants got completely screwed over. RFK Jr has talked about this. So, it is at the discretion of the court as to whether to accept a case or not. Then if they do rule in favor of the plaintiff, the payment is made from our tax dollars, not from the vaccine companies!
