When Q mentioned 11.3 as a marker, it is referring to the LAW OF WAR MILITARY DOD MANUAL and not a date of Nov. 3. When you look 11.3 up in the manual it states the military removing the "belligerent occupants" from control in the WH. That is Biden and his administration; not just Biden himself. This is because they are under the influence, puppets, of a foreign country (China). It is China who is working to control our country through Biden. Once the military removes Biden and his admin then the marker 11.3 is complete and ready to move on to the next marker: Military domestic and international tribunals.
