weird that both his birth year and month/day of death = 17
(even tho heard recently that he is still w/ us)
had heard years ago that the Navy (Naval Intelligence?)
has the highest level of intel, that if anything is known,
they know it, and i wouldn't doubt Wm Cooper was part of that.
and Juan did say in the 74.43min movie that he knew him...
and he wanted us to see that (grave marker)
like Austin Steinbart used to say (even tho never sure about him being affiliated w/ Q), if you're part of some top intelligence agency (eg MIB:), there's likely no record of you.
So maybe QMI (Q is Mil Intel?) is a longtime top-tier division of (Mil) Intel, much like Majestic 12 ?
