Not so happy question of the day.
If we genetically modify things to make them "better" and more nutritious why do you think they are trying to genetically modify you?

Whatever can be genetically modified can be patented and owned. Also, they are modifying food for size and color; not nutrition. I think it's so we have to eat more food that they own to get more nutrition and possibly partially why most people are overweight these days. Back in the 70's it was very rare to find an overweight person. Big Food and Big Pharma make a ton of money off keeping us malnourished and sick. That's just my take on it.
