1) Notre Dame and Rutgers etc will be in CLEAR violation of federal law. the covid vaccine IS NOT allowed to he made mandatory under the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)
these vaccines are not approved by FDA. they are authorized for emergency use only. they are not licensed. the EUA clearly prohibits making them mandatory.
2) as a parent ... who is liable if my child dies from the mandated
this vaccine or is harmed by it. i will hold the school responsibke because I can’t sue the vaccine manufacturers
3) have they realky done their tesearch to inderstand what they are asking? have they looked inti how the various vaccines worj (potential short and long term side effects ) and the never befire isee mRNa gebe therapy technology?
not to mention the polyethylene glycol coating?!

Employers can't require Covid-19 vaccination under an EUA - STAT
Organizations are free to encourage Covid-19 vaccination by employees and others, but federal law prohibits them from requiring it.
