(Looking at their height, she looks like she's wearing very high heels. He looks like he's not wearing heeled boots. Thinking of that when you look at pictures of them standing together from the past, the height here would match.)

That wasn't Trumps voice. Sounded like a woman. John is Trumps middle name.

Yep, exactly what I wrote. That is definitely not President Trump calling out. (But they weren't calling out President Trump's middle name either, 'cause he was already on the helicopter at that point. But that is a neat connection that they both share that name.❤️🙏Thank you for sharing!)
