Has anyone else questioned why we are told that the Friday before Passover Sunday is referred to as "Good Friday" Christ was in the tomb 3 days and 3 nights.
There is no way He could have been crucified on Friday to fullfill this scripture
He had to be crucified on Thursday to be in the tomb 3 days and 3 nights
Tradition over rules scriptures instead of the reverse
But scriptures will have the last say not traditions
Matthew 15:6 (KJV)
6 ... Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
