Mr. Pool tweeted this video plus the pic. The tweets only stay up for a few minutes before they are deleted.
the tweets are said to be pieces of info to a puzzle or code for possible future events.

I interpret this two ways;
#1 - someone is getting their mind blown by what they are hearing or seeing (the more likely)
#2 - someone is getting their heads removed by a bullet, notice the suit -> think politician, execution for crimes(the less likely IMO)
And there is a remote possibility that it represents both. Kind of like art. He is good at suggestion though for sure.
