How do you know that someone is lying? What if they believe that what they're saying is their truth? If someone doesn't believe your truth does that make you a liar?

Example: COVID19 is a scamdemic. People that are scurrying to get in line for the Jab are scared of the scamdemic. You tell them that it's BS. They don't believe you. Does that make you a LARP?
