my family and I saw a cloud in the sky just like this last summer in los angeles. it was nighttime and the cloud was blinking different colors. bizarre

Not sure that what's appearing in the sky is connected with the earthquakes. The earthquakes are more than likely connected with shutting down the DUMBS. Even if totally unrealated, what's in the clouds is very interesting.
