If you are referring to covid, most, if not all died of other causes that were not being reported.
If vaccine, I don't believe Trump would allow the unaware to die from a vaccine. Perhaps the vaccine is targeting Adrenochrome users or hybrids.

With General McInerney coming out about the mrna in vaccines, this may be the NECESSARY SCARE event referred to by Q. Maybe the deaths reported were manipulation by whitehats, so now the normies are looking at evidence suggesting they are going to die. If that doesn't wake them up, there is also Kim Jong Un "testing" missiles. And, of course, we are expecting an internet outage. We really had to pull out all the stops to try to awaken them.
