I have lived outside Fort Knox for over 50 years. Worked at and retired proudly from Fort Knox after 30 years civil service. Grew up listening to and feeling the practice rounds that rocked our homes, military vehicles moving up and down our highways and never felt safer. Proudly drove by the Gold Vault every day on my way to work.I could watch aircraft land and take off from the post airfield out my work place window. Never, in all this time, have I ever seen so many military air craft fly over my house as I have the last month or so.Transfer of gold to Gold Vault or prisoners? 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
